The Beardwood Centre is home to Colfe’s Art, Drama and Music Departments. The following spaces are available to hire privately for workshops, presentations and rehearsals:

- Beardwood Theatre A 130-seat raked black box theatre, from £65 per hour
- Beardwood Recital Hall A clear space sized at 20m x 15m, from £50 per hour
- Beardwood Dance Studio A clear space sized at 15m x 10m, from £43 per hour
- Beardwood Music Rooms A clear space sized at 5m x 5m, from £30 per hour
