In her role as Director of Development & Alumni Relations for Colfe’s School, Kathryn builds and maintains comprehensive partnerships with former pupils, current and former parents, friends and Governors to accomplish her ultimate goal of raising funds for Colfe’s School. Throughout her career, Kathryn has collaborated on or personally secured a total of £22m in donations. She has spent the last 10 years working in development and alumni relations roles for higher education institutions across the US and UK, including Imperial College London and New York University. Kathryn reports to Headmaster Dam Gabriele and focuses on raising funds for the school’s most pressing financial need: the Leatherseller Scholarships, which are means-tested Sixth Form scholarships for talented students from low-income families.

Meet the Development and Alumni Relations team
Izzy Sexton has been working in the education sector since graduating from the University of the Arts London with a degree in Media and Cultural Studies. She began her career in marketing at an Further Education college before moving into the independent school sector, first at Eltham College and later as Marketing Manager at St Paul’s School, London. At St Paul’s, she spent six years leading the marketing for the Shaping Our Future campaign, a £20 million initiative supporting bursaries and school partnerships.
Izzy joined Colfe’s School as Development Manager, where she enjoys engaging with all parts of the school community. She is passionate about supporting the Leathersellers Scholarship Programme and focuses on building lasting relationships with donors, particularly through regular giving, to help ensure talented students have the opportunity to flourish at Colfe’s.
Joining the Development & Alumni Relations Office in 2013, Pam handles data entry and alumni events, acting as the primary contact for event logistics. She has been instrumental in recording historical documents and photographs relating to alumni throughout the years on our database.
Before Colfe’s, Pam spent 38 years at the Leathersellers’ Company. Her final role at the Leathersellers’ was as Secretary to the Clerk to the Governors; she was responsible for preparing committee meeting papers, exhibitions, and events. She was on duty when Prince Philip visited the Leathersellers’ Hall for a Duke of Edinburgh Awards Dinner.

Lorraine has been a part of the Colfe’s community for almost 30 years, both as a parent and as a member of staff. She worked in the busy senior school office for many years before moving to the role of Archivist in 2023.
Her current focus is working on developing and updating the school’s digital archive records. Valuable resources, such as all of The Colfiean magazines, are now available to view on the website and she is continiong to sort through the available photographs in order to bring the school’s rich history to life.
