Open for early morning sessions and on weekday evenings and weekends, our fitness suites include a variety of cardio, strength and functional training equipment.

The Strength Suite is equipped with advanced strength machines, a training rig, smith and strength rack and an assortment of free weights.

The Cardio Suite is stocked with treadmills, rowers and exercise bikes. It includes a stretch area with stability balls, medicine balls and weights. All machines come with LCD touch screens and fitness apps to bring an added challenge to your workout.

If you prefer group fitness, take your pick from our programme of classes – available to both members and non-members.

Teenagers have their own classes and activities and there are sessions for younger children too, such as teen gym, badminton, basketball and table tennis.
