All classes are available to both members and non-members – we have sessions to suit all, including Spinning, Zumba, Boxfit, Circuit Training, Yoga, Pilates, Aqua Aerobics, Stability Ball Training and more.
Teenagers have their own classes and activities and there are sessions for younger children too, such as badminton and basketball. All classes last for 60 minutes and are free to members:
