Our Teen Gym class is a perfect introduction to using the machines and weights in our gyms safely and effectively. Anyone between the ages of 13-16 may come along to work out by themselves but under the supervision of a gym instructor. They can also seek guidance on how best to reach their goals from our trained on-hand staff.
For just a small drop-in fee of £2 this session provides an excellent opportunity to learn workout techniques at a younger age.
