COLFE’S LEISURE

At Colfe’s Leisure we offer a range of classes to suit all abilities.

With over twenty-eight classes to choose from, our Yoga and Pilates will ensure flexibility, core strength, mobility, and wellbeing, whereas our spin, kettlebell, or HIIT classes will improve strength, cardiovascular fitness, and core strength.

Junior Session
Saturdays 12:30-13:30
£8 Per Session
Targeted at boys and girls, aged 5-13 years old, Sessions are taken by our coach Brian Jones.

Senior Sessions
Saturdays 13:30-14:30
£8 Per Session
Taught by our expert coach Brian Jones. Sessions are targeted at boys and girls from 13-16 years of age.

Our competitive basketball team competes in the Kent County Basketball Junior League.
