COLFE’S LEISURE

At Colfe’s Leisure we offer a range of classes to suit all abilities.

With over thirty classes per week to choose from, our Yoga and Pilates will ensure flexibility, core strength, mobility, and wellbeing, whereas our spin, kettlebell, or HIIT classes will improve strength, cardiovascular fitness, and core strength.
