Colfe's brothers charity walk

Congratulations to brothers Ryan (Year 6) and Cody (Year 4) who have walked a foot-blistering 12.5 miles over eight of London’s bridges to raise money for a friend’s cancer treatment.

Starting at Vauxhall Bridge, they walked to Tower Bridge and then back along the South Bank to finish their journey at Vauxhall where they started. The walk took them 4 hours and 40 minutes, but it was worth it as they smashed their original target of £500 to raise just over £2,000 for this fantastic cause.

Ryan and Cody said: “We had a lot of fun walking the bridges of London and we feel really proud to have done something to help our friend.”

Head of Junior School, Catriona Macleod said: “This was such a worthwhile cause and both boys are right to feel proud about what they have accomplished.”
