Meet the Team

Kathryn McNeill, Director of Development & Alumni Relations
In her current role as Director of Development & Alumni Relations for Colfe’s School, Kathryn builds and maintains comprehensive partnerships with former pupils, current and former parents, friends and Governors to accomplish her ultimate goal of raising funds for Colfe’s School. Throughout her career, Kathryn has collaborated on or personally secured a total of £22m in donations. She has spent the last 10 years working in development and alumni relations roles for higher education institutions across the US and UK, including Imperial College London and New York University. Kathryn reports to Headmaster Richard Russell and focuses on raising funds for the school’s most pressing financial need: the Leatherseller Scholarships, which are means-tested scholarships for incoming state school students in the school’s Sixth Form.

Emily Foster, Donor Relations and Engagement Manager
Emily joined Colfe’s School in February 2023 and supports all aspects of the division’s fundraising work.  Reporting to the Director of Development & Alumni Relations, she manages gift processing operations and is working on an updated events and communications strategy to better connect with the Old Colfeian alumni and current parent communities.  Emily has been working in the grant and fundraising sectors since 2011, most recently at Imperial College London where she focused on establishing strong processes to enhance the university’s fundraising.
