The department of Business Studies and Economics consists of four members of staff teaching
GCSE Business Studies, AS and A level Business Studies and AS/A level Economics.
Economics tends to be more abstract and theoretical in its approach. In
Business Studies, a more applied approach draws upon accounting techniques and
applied sociology and psychology.
