Inter-school fixtures

There are many inter-school matches in the major sports for girls and boys. A list of these matches is published in the termly school calendar. If your child is selected for a team they will be expected to attend training sessions after school or during lunchtime and honour the privilege of representing the school. Fixtures often take place in the afternoon during the games lesson, but sometimes they may be after school or at weekends. Notification of the times of fixtures and pupils selected for teams will be pinned on the sports notice board. In addition, each player receives a team sheet showing the arrangements for the match. All parents are most welcome to support the teams, either home or away. The emphasis during matches is on enjoyment and development of skills.
