Ross is an enthusiastic member of Colfe’s rugby fraternity, working up to the next big rugby
tour when he ‘comes of age’. A regular member of the U14 squad at Colfe’s, Ross also benefits from
membership of the illustrious Old Colfeians Rugby Football Club, located near to the school site.
OCRFC was formed in 1928, originally to provide a rugby club for former members of the school. The
club provides many pupils currently at the school with outstanding training and touring
opportunities, as well as involvement in its own team fixtures.
Elise, like her brother, is a keen participant in the sporting life of Colfe’s. She is also an
outstanding artist, producing work for theatre productions in the Preparatory School. Elise
specialises in still life, particularly capturing life in nature, as it happens. Among her best
work is a portrait of a moose, drinking from the lakeside at dawn. She is creating her own
portfolio of artwork, which she hopes to exhibit at the Bodiam Castle Exhibition Centre in
Kent.
