Congratulations to everyone who took part in the Christmas Production. It was a dazzling, fun
filled evening of entertainment starting with carols and mince pies in the library with Year 6,
then bell ringing, instrumental solos and Christmas readings in the hall.
Finally, the stage was filled with sparkling costumes, delightful singing and colourful
characters as Years 3 to 5 told us the
story of Mr Partridge and his amazing choir in the
Twelve Days of Christmas by Jane Sebba and Samantha Bakhurst.
Father Christmas has invited Mr.Partridge's amazing Performing troupe to sing
for Mrs Christmas. But Nasty Grimgrump
wants to spoil the
Twelve Days of Christmas song for everyone. Can Mo Christmas and Jo Grimgrump
reconcile them all for a happy Christmas? Yes they do! The swans, geese drummers, Lords
and everyone else in the song come to life and give a performance which astounds
everyone.
