Admissions

Like you, we want to make sure that Colfe’s is the right school for you – and we will help you every step of the way as you make this important decision.

To request a prospectus please click here or on the link to the left.

You are bound to have questions, before and after you have read our prospectus and other publications, so do please ring or email us (020 8463 8110; admissions@colfes.com).

The admissions procedure for the different parts of the school is summarised on the "How to apply" link to the left. This includes details of our provision for pupils with special educational needs.

We hope you will attend one or more of our open events, when you can look round the school, talk to staff and pupils and get a feel for the special Colfe’s atmosphere. Dates and times are given in the "Open events timetable" link to the left, and you can book your place online.

A personal tour on a normal school day can always be arranged. If you would like us to organise this please call the Admissions department on 020 8463 8110 or email admissions@colfes.com.

Colfe’s is an academically selective school and the pace of learning reflects this.  Entry to the Senior School (at 11+, for Year 7) is by examination, even for pupils of Colfe's Junior School.

In a very few cases, it may not be in a pupil’s best interest to proceed to the next stage of education: i.e. from Year 2 to Year 3 (Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 2); from Year 6 to Year 7 (Junior School to Senior School); from Year 11 to the Sixth Form (where the transfer is conditional on GCSE results).

If we see any risk that a pupil may not transfer to the next part of the school, we will always consult parents before the start of the transition year (Year 2, 6 or 11).

Our full "Terms and Conditions" are published here.
