Mrs Cobbin was contacted by a school in Calcutta (India) to ask if Colfe’s wanted to set up an educational link with them. Dr Lea & Mrs Cordell were tasked to come up with some joint projects that would enable pupils from each school to better understand the culture of the other country. The first project has now been completed by our year 7 pupils who were keen to share their experiences with their Indian counterparts. Our pupils are really looking forward to hearing from the Indian students and analysing their responses. We hope that these ties will be long-lasting and of benefit to pupils of all ages in both schools. The school in India is called the Sri Sri Academy (see here: http://www.ssa.org.in/index.html)
