Safer Internet Day: Tuesday, 9th February is Safer Internet Day, and
students in Years 7 – 11 will be taking part in a series of workshops and presentations throughout

New Etching & Printing Workshop

Private Peaceful A Sell-Out!
 This weekend (29th & 30th January), the Upper School staged Michael Morpurgo’s award-winning novel Private Peaceful at the Greenwich Theatre, London. The production, which comprised over 50 students from Years 10, 11, 12 & 13, was directed by Head of Drama, Gavin Bruce, and played to virtually full houses on both Friday and Saturday night. In addition, there were two matinee performances, one of which was attended by a mix of local primary and preparatory schools. Read more...
Hans Wodya Maths Competition
 In September 2009 we began our campaign in the prestigious Hans Wodya Maths Competition. In our league we were drawn against Blackheath High, Bromley High and Langley Boys. Read more...
Sixth Formers Welcome Argentinean Students

Colfe’s U15XV Daily Mail Vase
 Colfe’s U15XV beat Christ’s Hospital School, Horsham 51-0 in the Daily Mail Vase with a superb all round display of running rugby. Charlie Banks scored four tries and Elliot Roofe two. Colfe’s face Reed’s School from Surrey in the next round. Read more...
Museum of London Trip for 8D and 8E
 On Monday 18th January 33 students from Year 8 attended an activity day exploring Britannia under the Romans and the courageous leaders like Boudicca attempting to prolong their freedom through high octane military campaigns. Read more...

Welcome to the Colfe's Website
First-time visitors to Colfe's often comment on the open and spacious nature of the site, which
houses both the Preparatory & Senior School, and the happy, friendly atmosphere.
Pastoral care is a key strength. As one parent said: 'Colfe's is interested in people, not just
exam results' so whilst our academic reputation is vitally important to us, so is the well-being of
each and every child.
In recent years we have seen a welcome surge in academic achievement. We intend to ensure that
this virtuous trend continues, whilst maintaining our outstanding reputation in the wider
curriculum, which includes sport, music, drama and outdoor pursuits.
