The
Rugby
season will start on September 5th 2009 with fixtures for the 1
st XV down to the U14’s v Chislehurst & Sidcup.
Swine Flu update
To date no Colfe’s pupil has been diagnosed with the virus. However, we would be
grateful if parents could take medical advice if their son or daughter shows any symptoms of fever.
In case of doubt the child should not be sent to school. Meanwhile Colfe’s remains
open. If that situation should change, we will contact all parents by text and email.

Whatever The Weather
The Pre-prep and Nursery production proved to be a topical theme this morning! On what is tipped to be one of the hottest days of the year, the children staged a wonderful production of 'Whatever The Weather'. A few pulled the short straw and had to dress up in woolly hats and coats as they sang 'Snow is Falling'. Read more...
The Tempest - Photo Gallery
After several weeks of hard work rehearsing scenes, choreographing dances and learning lines; Year 6 finally staged their summer production of The Tempest. For the first time in several years, the performances were over two nights – both of which were hugely enjoyed by the audience.. Every pupil was involved in telling the tale of the wronged duke Prospero and the adventures and lessons learned on his magical isle. Read more...
Sports Day
Once again Sports Day was a great success. The largest number of participants to date took part in the programme which again included ‘Invitational’ and ‘Open’ events in addition to the finals. Read more...
Colfe’s Students Exhibit Their Artistic Talent
This year’s GCSE and A level art exhibition saw it’s biggest ever attendance by parents and friends, all eager to see the excellent range of work that our students have produced for their exam pieces. Exhibits ranged from large oil paintings and contemporary sculpture to a quirky fashion mannequin dressed in recycled material and a stunning mosaic dragon. Read more...
Year 5 Mathematics Master Class
Tuesday the 16th June saw the musical recital hall turned into a mathematics class room when twenty-two pupils from local junior schools participated in the Year 5 Mathematics Master Class. Each school sent along their very best mathematicians to enjoy a morning of mathematical games and problem solving. Read more...
Colfe's Has Talent
Britain may well have talent, and it would appear that a great deal of it is residing in Colfe’s School. The annual Talent Show took place on the evening of Tuesday 9th June, and the staff and students came out in force to support the brave contestants. The Beardwood Theatre was packed and it was ‘standing room only’, as the 13 acts competed for the coveted “Colfe’s Has Talent” trophy. This year, we were treated to six singers, two guitarists, a brother and sister duo, a year 7 duo, an Irish dancer and two dance groups. Read more...

Colfe’s is a leading independent day school in London for boys and girls aged 3 to 18.

Prospective pupils and their parents are encouraged to visit us and experience first-hand what
Colfe’s has to offer. There are Open Days in the Autumn term and the registrar is
